Consider me officially shocked

I couldn't believe how spacious and comfortable the twin room was for a family of four! The location was unbeatable, mere steps from Shin-Okubo station, surrounded by an array of restaurants and shops. Plus, the staff was incredibly helpful and communicative. A fantastic value for anyone wanting to explore the vibrant culture around them.

Spacious room, excellent location, remarkably convenient, as it's just a two-minute walk from Shin Okubo station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops.

Nothing not to love

Conveniently located near the metro station.

The room was a mess, with smoke odor lingering everywhere. I couldn't believe the walls were so thin that I could actually hear my neighbors snoring at night. It was also frustrating having to walk up a flight of stairs just to reach the lobby, especially with heavy luggage. The overall experience felt outdated and inconvenient.

I enjoyed a lovely stay at Plaza in Tokyo. The location allowed easy access to JR stations and numerous cafes. My room, while fairly compact, remained clean and functional throughout my stay. Despite a slight disturbance from neighboring rooms at times, I felt welcomed by the supportive staff.

plaza was in a great location, between two jr stations, making it super easy to explore. the staff were available and helped us store our bags before check-in. there were plenty of food options nearby, including donki and lawson.

Had a great stay with my friends! The location is perfect, just a short walk to K town with tons of restaurants. Showers were a bit small, which was slightly inconvenient after a long day of exploring. Rooms were clean and had good wifi. Staff were super helpful and let us check in early.

We stayed for 5 nights, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for Japan! The breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day, and the location within the vibrant area with tons of food options was fantastic. One downside was the shower size, which felt cramped after a long day of exploring. Overall, a good experience and I'd definitely return!

We had a spacious twin room right next to Shin-Okubo station. It was easy with kids and our pets. There were tons of great restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and even helped us with our luggage transfer!

For dads, it would be great if they had some sort of onsite laundry facilities for those messy moments.

perfect spot for exploring tokyo's vibrant city life

I loved being just a short walk away from Omoide Yokocho night market and the bustling Shinjuku Golden Gai theater, making it super easy to enjoy the lively atmosphere and delicious local food. The reception staff were kind enough to allow an early check-in which really made my experience feel special as a solo traveler.
